Shipping & Returns

1. Inventory
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of processing. We will order any items not currently in inventory from the artist and will notify you by email of an expected delivery date—usually between 2 and 6 weeks. If the delivery date will be longer than 6 weeks you will have the option of canceling the order.
2. Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We will charge your credit card 50 percent when your order is placed and the remainder to be billed when your order is shipped.
3. Returns and Cancellations
All thread sales are final. Satisfaction is guaranteed on all canvas sales. We will accept canvas returns and cancellations and will credit your credit card, less 15 percent. All canvases must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt and be in the same condition as on receipt. We cannot accept back stained or odorous merchandise. We are sure you understand!
4. Shipping
Thread sales will be sent USPS and billed by weight. Canvas sales will be sent UPS ground and billed a $9.50 flat rate within the continental United States. UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes.
